Degerli Dans ve Muzik Dostlarimiz,

Salsa aşkına... Istanbul’daki Turkey Salsa Fest 2 den sonra, sizlere 2009 da daha iyi ve görkemli bir etkinlik sunabilmek icin cok çalıştık. 2007 senesinde 1. Turkey Salsa Fest büyük destek ve beğeni toplamış,’’ East meets West ‘’ Türkiye’yi Salsa dünyasında belirgin bir yere taşımıştı. Daha fazlasını beklediğinizi biliyoruz.

Dünya’nın tamamını olduğu gibi, Turkiye’yi de derinden etkileyen küresel ekonomik gelişmeler, bu yıl Haziran ayında yapmayı planladığımız festivali yapmamızı imkansız kıldı. Saniyoruz ki, bu gibi durumlarda ilk önce sosyal etkinliklerin bütçelerinin ciddi kısıntıya uğradığını kendi deneyimlerinizden de biliyorsunuzdur. Yine de bize destek veren finansörlerimiz ve siz Salsa dostlarına rağmen Salsa Fest önümüzdeki yılı  beklemek zorunda kalacak. Bu gelişme sonucunda, atölye çalışmaları, yabancı ve yerli show grublarının olağanüstü performansları ve yabancı misafirlerin katılımıyla zenginleşecek olan harika etkinliği planlamak için yoğun çaba sarfeden ekibimizde, bu çabaların sahne bulamayacak olmasının üzüntüsünü yaşıyor.

Salsa bizim ruhumuzda.Tüm bunları Türkiye’deki Salsa çevresinden ve Dünya’dan sanatçılar, Djler ve gönüllüler olmasa gerçekleştiremezdik. Size sevgi ve desteğiniz icin teşekkür ediyoruz. Bu arada Dünya’da, Avrupa’da ve ülkemizde de etik değerler saygı çerçevesinde yapılan diğer etkinlikleri desteklemeye devam edeceğiz.

Umuyoruz ki 2010 da güzel ülkemiz Türkiye’ye yakışır muhteşem bir Festival ile yine karşınızda olacağız.

Turkey Salsa Fest ve Turkey Latin Fest, Yonca Dans Organizasyon Limited Sirket’ nin tescilli markaları olup; Türk Patent Enstitüsü nün [ B.14.1.TPE.0.07.02.02-2008/41954, 161 sayılı  Resmi Marka Bülteninde yayınlanan ] Numaralı kararları ile, Markaların Korunması  Hakkında 556 sayılı Kanun Hükmünde Kararname ye göre [ 12.01.2009 ] tarihinden itibaren [ 10 ] yıl müddetle tescil edilmiştir. Söz konusu tescilli marka, Yonca Dans Organizasyon Limited Şirketi ‘nin marka büyünlüğü ile iltibas yaratacak şekilde ve/veya birebir kullanılmak suretiyle ya da adapte edilmek suretiyle ve burada sayılan kısıtlamalarla sınırlı olmaksızın, kullanılamaz. Tescilli markanın bu şekilde kullanılması ve bu şekilde kullanılmak suretiyle ve bu şekilde kullanılmak suretiyle yeni bir marka oluşturulmasi yasaktır.

For the love of Salsa ... since the last show at Turkey Salsa Fest 2 in Istanbul, we have missed you & worked hard to bring you an even bigger & better event in 2009. We introduced the Salsa Fest here in 2007 & attracted widespread acclaim & support for setting new standards in event organisation & salsa dance performance. East meets West has put Turkey firmly on the global salsa map! We know you want more ...

Global economic events which have affected Turkey like the rest of the world have forced us to cancel this year s Festival planned for June. It is tough... We guess from your own experiences that you know that funding for social events gets hit hard in this climate & despite the ongoing support from some of our financial supporters & you Salseros, the Salsa Fest will have to wait until another year. We had a great event planned with the workshops & international guests so our team are disappointed that the hours of hardwork will not be seen on stage this year.

Salsa is in our blood... We could not have achieved any of this without the support from the artists, Dj s, volunteers and everyone both inside the Turkish Salsa community and overseas. We thank you for your love and support. We will continue to support other events in Europe and beyond as well supporting events in Turkey which are loyal and faithfull to bussiness ethical values!

We hope to be back soon with a bigger and stronger Salsa Festival in 2010, that once again is worthy of our great country - Turkey.
